May 23, 2026
Our beloved Christopher Allen Charles passed away about May 23, 2026, at ANMC in Anchorage, Alaska. Chris was born January 25, 1983, at ANMC in Anchorage, Alaska to Julie Charles and Andy Endresen.
Christopher was a very kind and loving person. He cared more for others than himself. He would give anything away if you wanted it or needed it. He was quick to smile and loved family, friends, meeting people, trees, and nature. He was an avid reader of scientific, educational, medical, science fiction, and Greek mythology books. He loved listening to music like rap and hard rock in his car. When he was young, he was interested in astrology and would climb up to the roof to look at the stars. He liked to cook and make his favorite fried rice recipe with family and friends. His love was greatest for his mom and nana, although he also loved all his family and friends and planned and enjoyed family gatherings and celebrations. He always told family and friends, "Love You" and always received and gave hugs and kisses on the check upon arrival and leaving, or just anytime, to wish a safe, and happy journey or to let you know that you are special, loved, and cared for.
Chris loved baseball, hockey, basketball, fishing, camping, video games, beading, leather working, drawing, and reading books, especially the Bible and spending time with family and friends.
