Stacy D'Ann (Hogue) Rathmann passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on Nov. 15, 2023, at 9:28 a.m. in Bullhead City, Ariz.

Stacy was born in Houston, Texas on July 28, 1966. Stacy spent her childhood living in Alaska and Virginia, which created many fond memories she expressed often, including being so fast she would always outrun the neighborhood kids and siblings.

She then moved to Las Vegas, Nev. and attended Clark High, Class of '84. During this time, she met John Rathmann through their mutual friends. In 1985, Stacy was relocated to Alaska, to her surprise she was pregnant with her first daughter, which reunited the couple forever.

John and Stacy married on Dec. 26, 1990, by a Wizard known as Merlin at the Excalibur Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. Stacy attended school to be a blackjack dealer at 21 years of age. She was highly admired and prized by her coworkers. Stacy soon had her second daughter, proceeding her third and fourth daughter. She dedicated her life to be a stay at home mother. She took great pride in her role as a mother and wife, and her love and care knew no bounds. Stacy admired gardening, and she always had the most beautiful gardens. She also had a love and obsession with elephants and the Dallas Cowboys. As Christmas nears, Stacy's favorite holiday, her final two days at home she was able to enjoy her last Christmas tree.

Stacy is survived by her husband, John; and her four daughters, Ashley, Lindsey, Cassidy, and Hailey; and her 7 grandchildren. She also leaves her mother, Juanice; father, Larry; brother, Timothy; sister, Adriane; and her little brother, Steven. Stacy's husband, daughters, mother, and father still reside in the Mohave County Area that Stacy and John moved to in 1989.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Stacy's honor at the Aquarius Hotel and Casino (Scorpio room), Laughlin, NV from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. (Nevada time). Friends and family are invited to come together to remember and celebrate the life of this remarkable woman.

May Stacy's memory live on in the hearts and gardens of those who knew & loved her.
