Linda Carol Wahl, 75, passed away on Nov. 1, 2023, at home in Dillingham, Alaska. Linda was born on Sept. 20, 1948, in Richlands, Va., to the late Ralph Hall and Elizabeth Reeves. Linda met the love of her life and made her journey to Alaska in 1967. She studied at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She was a loving mother and wife, devoting herself to her family, friends and community.

She is preceded in death with her daughter, Cheryl Wahl; mother, Elizabeth Reeves; father, Ralph Hall; and brother, Eddie Somers.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gust Wahl; daughter, Gale (Charles) Haller; son, Joshua Wahl; sisters, Priscilla Capps, Joy Somers, Pauline Somers and Norma Lindbloom; brothers, Greg Somers, Johnny Hall and Terry Hall; and numerous family and friends.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at 10 a.m., at St. Seraphim of Sarov Orthodox Church in Dillingham. The service will follow at 2 p.m., with Father Ivan Gumlickpuk as the officiant. The burial will take place at Woodriver in Dillingham.
