Frank Mitchell Everett left this earth and stepped into eternity on Thursday morning, July 6, 2023. Frank was 73 years old.

Frank is best known for his strength of conviction. He was a man of principle from beginning to end. The flying community knew Frank as a man of his word. He was always ready to help lead a search, aid in rescue and lend a spare part. Frank was always a dependable resource when needed.

Frank is widely known for his plane, Red Bird. The beautiful red plane was as much a joy to watch as it was to fly. Although not many people ever got the chance to fly Red Bird, because, after all, there were some things Frank just didn't share.

Frank is predeceased by the love of his life, his wife of 47 years, Mary Everett.

Per Frank's wishes, a private burial service was held at Pioneer Cemetery on Friday, July 14, 2023. The service was attended by Frank and Mary's children, Melissa (Mike) Everett Laggis and Reese (Andrea) Everett; and grandchildren, Rebekah Laggis, Benjamin Laggis, Katie Everett and Juliana Everett.

Frank's children will host a Celebration of Life at the hangar of Frank and Mary Everett on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023, at 2 p.m., until the drinks run dry. All who knew Frank Everett are welcome to come by the hangar and share your stories.
