Patricia Holloway

Jun 11, 1943 -

Dec 19, 2022

The beloved Patricia Beth Holloway peacefully passed away on Dec. 19, 2022, at 1:52 p.m., surrounded by friends and family. Her two surviving children are Tedra Holloway and Merritt Holloway; and her grandchildren are Jade Pandres, Talen Bromps and Jesse Bromps. Pat went home to the other side to be with her daughter, Dayna Holloway-Pandres; sister, Susan Sefton; and the rest of her late family.

Pat was born on June 11, 1943, in Washington, D.C. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in nursing and moved to Anchorage, Alaska, from Walla-Walla, Wash., where she worked in the operating room at Alaska Regional Hospital. With a love for travel, she was able to combine work and play by joining the Doctors Without Borders program during the winter months. This program allowed her to escape the cold weather in Alaska and explore new places.

Pat loved to share her photos and experiences with family members when she made her rounds before heading south to Baja each year. She had a deep curiosity and appreciation for the world, which was apparent through her many overseas trips and the items she returned home with to treasure.

When Pat wasn't working or traveling, she was staying busy being an active participant in the local senior center fitness classes, tending to her nasturtium flowers and spending time with those she loved. She loved the sun, and now we feel her warmth. Her adventurous, loving and free-spirited soul will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
