Davina Blossom Grant, or "Bean," as we all know her, 23, unexpectedly passed away in her sleep on Feb. 4, 2022, in Anchorage, Alaska. A celebration of life was held on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022. from 1–3 p.m., at Anchorage Baptist Temple VIP Room, 6401 East Northern Lights Boulevard, Anchorage, AK 99504.
Davina was born on April 24, 1998, in Anchorage. She lived most of her life in Anchorage and graduated from East High School in 2016. Davina was passionate about family, spreading love and encouraging positivity with her infectious smile and loving hugs. From her laugh to her many comical adventures, funny situations and what some may consider bleak situations, our Bean could shine through it with a genuine smile. For those lucky enough to cross paths with Bean, she left you with an unforgettable feeling. Such a beautiful soul all around!
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Keith Phillip Harris; grandmother, Sandra Kay Morris; aunt, Nusaiba Jackson; and cousins, Gwendolyn Harris and Malical Grant.
Davina is survived by her mom, Katrina Harris and dad, David Grant III; the light of her life, daughter Lynnaya-Kay Michelle Rose Grant; big sister, Shiccia Harris-Grant; little sisters, Shaynia and Nivea Harris; little brothers, David Grant IV and Stephen Drussell Jr.; and nephew, Kendal Brown Jr.
All her family and friends will deeply miss Queen Davina Blossom.
