On Aug. 18, 2021, Timothy Nathan Thomas Jr. was welcomed into the arms of his Lord and Savior. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021, at 2 p.m., at Janssen's Mat-Su Funeral Home, 6901 E Blue Lupine Drive, Palmer, AK 99645.

TJ grew up in Idaho, and accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was 7 years old. He moved to Alaska in 2010, where he met his wife, Julie. Together they had three beautiful children. He enjoyed snowboarding and fishing with his dad, trading jokes with his two brothers and spending time with his family. TJ was an amazing husband and father, he loved playing with his kids and taking them on ATV rides to get ice cream. TJ was a well loved friend and enjoyed making people laugh with his quick wit.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Stormi. He is survived by his wife, Julie; their three children, Tatum, Tex and Titus; his parents; and two brothers.
