Larry Roland Crane, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at home with his wife Nancy by his side in Anchorage, Alaska. He was born in Loma Linda, Calif., on July 16, 1943, to Carrol and Bernice (Goble) Crane and was the youngest of five kids.

Larry had a passion for painting and taught at various places to anyone that wanted to learn. He had the opportunity to paint military fighter planes in Saudi Arabia for two years as a civilian. Larry retired from the Bureau of Land Management Law Enforcement division after 20 years. After retirement, Larry continued to enjoy his life long passion - hot rods and attending car shows.

Larry was preceded in death by his dad; mom; stepdad; and his daughter, Tara Lora. He is survived by his siblings, Robert Crane of Bennettsville, S.C., Gary Kuebler of Saginaw, Texas, Barbara Bergholz of Fallbrook, Calif., and Diane Sommerville of Laguna Niguel, Calif.; kids, Dean Crane of Bakersfield, Calif., and Brian Crane of Huntington Beach, Calif.; and his grandkids.

There will be no service held.
