Wyatt and Diana Rankin

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Wyatt D. and Diana M. Rankin at Medical City Dallas, due to complications of COVID-19. Wyatt on March 8, 2021, and Diana on March 21, 2021.

Wyatt and Diana are survived by four children; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Wyatt is also survived by his mother, Barbara Thaman of Anchorage, Alaska.

Although they relocated to Texas 20 years ago due to his employment, they were both Alaskans at heart. He was born in Alaska and she lived here for many years. They raised their children in the Meadow Lakes area of Mat-Su.

Their ashes will be scattered at one of their favorite Alaska recreation areas later this year. Although terribly saddened at the loss, their family is comforted to know that they are spending eternity together with their Father, in Heaven.
