Anchorage resident Anthony "Tony" Eugene Carter died on Jan. 23, 2021, in Anchorage, Alaska, at the young age of 36. He will be cremated and sent to his sister who resides in North Carolina, where she will hold a private family service.

Tony will always be deeply loved and missed by his family. Gone but never forgotten, rest in peace.

He is preceded by his biological mother, Ethel Ailak; and great-grandfather, Samuel P. Ailak.

Tony is survived by his parents, Jeanette and Dale Carter Sr.; brother, Dale Carter Jr.; sister, Michelle Carter; three nephews, Daniel, Benny and Phillip Carter; and one niece, Rebecca Carter.
