Stanley K. Marshall, 69, of Anchorage, Alaska, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at home with his wife of nearly 50 years.
Stanley was born on Oct. 22, 1956, in Boynton Beach, Fla., to the late Jessie Marshall and Annell Bradley. From an early age, he was grounded in the values of faith, hard work and family.
At 16, Stanley moved to Alaska and attended East Anchorage High School, where he met his wife, Cindy. They were wed in August 1976 and shared over 50 years of life together.
Stanley attended the International Brotherhood Electrical Workers apprenticeship program. After he completed his apprenticeship and journeyman requirements, he opened his own electrical contracting business in 1989. His youngest son Brandon joined the business in 1998, and worked closely with his father for close to 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy; sons, Stanley (Jayne) and Brandon; brother, Larry; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several aunts; an uncle; and many cousins.
