Judy Taylor

Nov 22, 2025

Judy K. (Anderson) Taylor, 62, entered heaven in November 2025, while on vacation in Mexico. She was most ready to meet her Lord and Savior.

Judy, born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, headed to California after high school where she received training in her passion for care giving. For many years she took care of and brought joy to elders in California, Alaska and Washington.

Her generosity, flair for color, singing and life were contagious. Those who knew her were greatly blessed.

She is survived by her parents, Marilyn and David Anderson; sister Merrilee, (Lee) Rohwer; brother, Jim (Erika) Anderson; adult children, Lyndsy (Shane) Sanchez of Oregon and Jordyn (Kate) Taylor; two precious granddaughters of California; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne (Terrie) Anderson; and husband Greg, Taylor. Her service was held on the beach in Mexico.

For those who knew and loved her there will be a time of remembrance on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, from 3-5 p.m., in the Fireside Room of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 8427 Jewel Lake Road in Anchorage.

In memory of Judy you can pay it forward - gas station, grocery store, restaurant. She always did!
