Allison J. Wrobel

Aug 8, 1959 -

May 18, 2024

Allison J. Wrobel left this world in the early morning hours of May 18, 2024, surrounded by her husband Joe, and daughter Calyssa.

Allison was born in Madrid, Spain, and would later relocate with her family to Fort Worth, Texas, where of course she became the biggest Dallas Cowboys fan. Allison moved to Alaska in the early '80s, where she met her husband of almost 40 years, Joe. Joe had a daughter Alina, who Allison embraced with her full heart, and open arms. Allison and Joe would then have a daughter, Calyssa, early in the '90s.

Allison will be remembered for her big heart, love for animals and being a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.

Allison is survived by her husband, Joe; daughters, Alina (Brandon) and Calyssa (Tommy); sister, Fran (Brian); brothers, Ted (Pat) and Kenneth (Tara); brother-in-law, Eddie (Michelle); grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Theodore Gardeline; mother, Gertrude Starks; sisters, Helen and Sandra; grandfather, Johan Dirk van Wijk; grandmother, Elly van Wijk; many loved dogs; and bird, Kiwi.

If the Dallas Cowboys win the Super Bowl this year, Allison had something to do with it.

A celebration of life will be held on June 8, 2024, at 3 p.m.; please contact her daughter Calyssa for more information.
